Limited resources and increasing daily expenses have placed the family under severe financial pressure. Despite these challenging circumstances, Zoya Baji does not want to lose hope. Rather than becoming a burden on others, she wants to work hard and manage her household with dignity. Zoya Baji has experience in marketing, and with a small amount of financial support she could start a small business. This would help her run her household and continue her children’s education.
Shauoor Welfare Foundation is working with a mission to empower and support underprivileged yet respectable families like this. Through its initiatives, hardworking and determined individuals like Zoya Baji are given the opportunity to start small businesses so they can stand on their own feet and support their families with dignity.

زویا باجی اور ان کے شوہر ایک باعزت مگر سفید پوش خاندان سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔ زندگی کی مشکلات نے اس خاندان کو سخت آزمائش میں ڈال دیا ہے۔ زویا باجی کے شوہر شوگر کے مرض میں مبتلا ہیں اور بیماری کے باعث ان کے پاؤں میں زخم ہو چکے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے وہ ٹھیک طرح سے چل پھر بھی نہیں سکتے۔ گھر کرائے کا ہے اور بچوں کی تعلیم بھی جاری ہے، مگر مالی مشکلات کے باعث ان کا تعلیمی سفر خطرے میں پڑتا جا رہا ہے۔
محدود وسائل اور بڑھتی ہوئی ضروریات نے اس خاندان کو شدید پریشانی میں مبتلا کر دیا ہے۔ ان مشکل حالات کے باوجود زویا باجی ہمت نہیں ہارنا چاہتیں۔ وہ چاہتی ہیں کہ کسی پر بوجھ بننے کے بجائے خود محنت کر کے اپنے گھر کا نظام چلائیں۔ زویا باجی کو مارکیٹنگ کے کام کا تجربہ ہے اور اگر انہیں تھوڑا سا سرمایہ فراہم ہو جائے تو وہ اپنا چھوٹا سا کاروبار شروع کر کے اپنے گھر کا چولہا جلا سکتی ہیں اور اپنے بچوں کی تعلیم کا سلسلہ بھی جاری رکھ سکتی ہیں۔
