Muhammad Riaz, a resident of Basti Jam in Jalalpur Pirwala, has a young son suffering from the painful condition of Rectal Prolapse. Poverty has gripped this family so severely that Riaz has neither the means for treatment nor the resources to even take his child to a hospital. The child urgently needs medical care and surgery, but the lack of financial resources has become the biggest obstacle in his path.

A devoted Molvi Sahib in a village, whose monthly salary is only 15,000 rupees, is currently going through a very difficult time. His wife, Begum Mai Nihalan, has been diagnosed with a brain tumor, and the doctors have recommended an urgent operation, which costs 60,000 rupees even after a concession.
