محرومیوں کاشکار رحمت بانو
آج کے تعلیم یافتہ دور میں بھی کچھ خاندان جہالت کی تاریکی میں پھنسے ہوئے ہیں۔ وہ اپنی ذمہ داریاں نبھانے کے بجائے عورتوں اور بچوں کو ناقابلِ برداشت مشکلات کے حوالے کر دیتے ہیں۔
رحمت بانو چھ بہنوں میں سب سے چھوٹی ہے۔ جب وہ پیدا ہوئی تو اُس کے والد نے محض اس لیے خاندان کو چھوڑ دیا کیونکہ وہ لڑکی تھی۔ ایک ایسی بچی جس نے آنکھیں درد اور رد کیے جانے کی دنیا میں کھولیں — اور آج وہ چلنے کے قابل بھی نہیں۔
اُسے ایک وہیل چیئر کی ضرورت ہے — آسانی کی طرف ایک چھوٹا سا قدم، انسانیت کا ایک عمل جو اُس کی زندگی بہتر بنا سکتا ہے۔
