Noor Fatima – Restored Health & Education
Noor Fatima is a burn survivor whose journey of rehabilitation reflects courage, hope, and the promise of a brighter future. Noor Fatima is an innocent young girl whose life was changed by a tragic incident last year. Due to the mischief of some unruly boys in her neighborhood, Noor Fatima suffered severe burns.

In immense pain and distress, she somehow made her way home while wearing burning clothes. Sadly, no one along the way came forward to help her in time. The lack of immediate medical assistance made her condition even more critical.
When Noor Fatima’s case reached Shauoor Welfare Foundation, the Shauoor team immediately took responsibility for her treatment and care. After continuous medical treatment, follow-ups, care, and rehabilitation, Alhamdulillah, Noor Fatima has recovered.
However, Shauoor Welfare Foundation did not limit its responsibility to Noor Fatima’s medical treatment alone. This case was not treated merely as the recovery of one child; instead, the Foundation worked comprehensively toward the rehabilitation of the entire family.
Today, all of Noor Fatima’s sisters are receiving education through the Non-Formal School at Shauoor Welfare Foundation’s Community Development Center. Her mother has also been provided employment as a helper at the same center, enabling her to contribute to supporting her family and earn a dignified income.
Noor Fatima’s father was unable to fulfill his family responsibilities due to illness and addiction. Shauoor Welfare Foundation also supported him in receiving treatment. Alhamdulillah, he has now recovered and is striving to rebuild his life and move toward a better future.
The rehabilitation journey of Noor Fatima’s family is not yet complete. The final and important step is to connect her father with suitable employment or a vocational skill so that he can eventually take responsibility for his family independently and help the family move from dependence on assistance toward self-reliance.
The mission of Shauoor Welfare Foundation is not limited to providing temporary relief. Its goal is to take families from relief to recovery, from recovery to self-reliance, and from self-reliance toward a stable and dignified future.

نور فاطمہ کا صحتیابی کے بعد شوق سے تعلیم حاصل کرنا اس کے بہتر حالات کی نشان دہی اور شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کی اصل کامیابی ہے۔
نور فاطمہ ایک معصوم بچی ہے، جس کی زندگی گزشتہ سال ایک افسوسناک واقعے نے بدل کر رکھ دی۔ محلے کے کچھ اوباش لڑکوں کی شرارت کے باعث نور فاطمہ شدید جھلس گئی۔ وہ تکلیف اور جلن کی حالت میں جلتی ہوئی اپنے گھر پہنچی، مگر افسوس کہ راستے میں موجود کسی شخص نے بروقت اس کی مدد نہ کی۔ بروقت طبی امداد نہ ملنے کے باعث اس کی حالت مزید تشویشناک ہوگئی۔
جب نور فاطمہ کا کیس شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن تک پہنچا تو شعور کی ٹیم نے فوری طور پر اس کے علاج اور نگہداشت کی ذمہ داری اٹھائی۔ مسلسل طبی علاج، فالو اَپ، دیکھ بھال اور بحالی کے مراحل سے گزرتے ہوئے الحمدللہ آج نور فاطمہ کی حالت پہلے سے کہیں بہتر ہے۔
لیکن شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے اپنی ذمہ داری صرف نور فاطمہ کے علاج تک محدود نہیں رکھی۔ اس کیس کو صرف ایک بچی کے علاج کے طور پر نہیں دیکھا گیا، بلکہ پورے خاندان کی بحالی کے لیے جامع انداز میں کام کیا گیا۔
آج نور فاطمہ کی تمام بہنیں شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کے کمیونٹی ڈویلپمنٹ سینٹر میں نان فارمل اسکول کے ذریعے تعلیم حاصل کر رہی ہیں۔ ان کی والدہ کو بھی اسی سینٹر میں بطور ہیلپر روزگار فراہم کیا گیا ہے، تاکہ وہ اپنے خاندان کی کفالت میں اپنا کردار ادا کر سکیں اور باعزت طریقے سے آمدنی حاصل کر سکیں۔
نور فاطمہ کے والد بیماری اور منشیات کی لت کے باعث خاندان کی ذمہ داریاں نبھانے کے قابل نہیں تھے۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن نے ان کے علاج میں بھی تعاون کیا۔ الحمدللہ، اب وہ صحت یاب ہیں اور اپنی زندگی کو دوبارہ سنوارنے کی کوشش کر رہے ہیں۔
نور فاطمہ کے خاندان کی بحالی کا سفر ابھی مکمل نہیں ہوا۔ اب آخری اور اہم مرحلہ یہ ہے کہ اس کے والد کو کسی مناسب روزگار یا ہنر سے منسلک کیا جائے، تاکہ وہ مستقل طور پر اپنے خاندان کی ذمہ داری خود اٹھا سکیں اور یہ خاندان امداد سے خودکفالت کی طرف بڑھ سکے۔
شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن کا مقصد صرف وقتی مدد فراہم کرنا نہیں، بلکہ خاندانوں کو ریلیف سے بحالی، بحالی سے خودکفالت اور خودکفالت سے ایک مستحکم مستقبل کی طرف لے جانا ہے۔
