  ایک بار پھر سندھ مچھر کی لپیٹ میں ذرا تصور کریں کہ آپ کا بچہ تیز بخار میں جل رہا ہو اور آپ کے پاس مدد کرنے کے لیے کچھ بھی نہ ہو۔  یہی ظالمانہ حقیقت ہے سندھ کے سیلاب سے متاثرہ علاقوں کی، جہاں لوگ صرف زندہ رہنے کی جدوجہد کر رہے ہیں۔  نہ صاف پانی دستیاب ہے، نہ چھت، نہ دوا — اور اب بیماریاں تیزی سے پھیل رہی ہیں۔  وہی بچے جو غربت کے باوجود مسکرا رہے تھے، اب کمزور، خوفزدہ اور تکلیف میں ہیں۔ شعور ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن پہلے بھی ان دور دراز علاقوں میں کام کر چکی ہے — راشن پیک، میڈیکل کیمپس، خیمے اور مچھر دانیاں فراہم کر کے۔  مگر آج پھر وہی بحران لوٹ آیا ہے۔  مائیں بے بس ہو چکی ہیں، بزرگ بیمار ہو رہے ہیں، اور چھوٹے بچے مچھر سے پھیلنے والی بیماریوں سے تیز بخار میں کانپ رہے ہیں۔ ہمیں آنکھیں بند نہیں کرنی چاہئیں۔  ایک مچھر دانی کی قیمت صرف 850 روپے ہے۔  آپ کا ایک چھوٹا سا قدم ایک پورے خاندان کو دن رات کی اذیت سے بچا سکتا ہے۔  یہ آپ کا موقع ہے کہ کوئی آج رات سکون سے سو سکے — آپ کی وجہ سے۔ جب آپ عطیہ دیتے ہیں، آپ صرف تحفظ نہیں دیتے — آپ امن، امید اور عزت دیتے ہیں۔  جتنا آپ دیں گے، اتنے ہی خاندان اس خاموش اذیت سے بچائے جا سکیں گے۔  شعور کے ساتھ اس مشن میں شامل ہوں اور مایوسی کو راحت میں بدل دیں۔
