Humayun Saeed, a father of four daughters, was left paralyzed after a stroke. His left arm and leg have stopped working, making him completely dependent on others. His wife, too, is elderly and unwell, and with no source of income, the family barely manages to afford daily meals. However, there is no money left for medication.
