Maqsood Bhai, who had been lying destitute on the road for two years, reached his home in Kashmir. Counselling, treatment, return, and now starting a business. The way the volunteers of the Shauoor Welfare Foundation are helping individuals, little such a rehabilitation model has gone unnoticed.
