یاسمین باجی اپنے بچوں کو اسکول کے بجائے ورکشاپ بھیجنے پر مجبور ہیں کیونکہ وہ ایک مشکل آزمائش سے گزر رہی ہیں۔ ان کے شوہر دل کے مریض ہیں اور شوگر کی بیماری میں مبتلا ہیں، جس کے باعث وہ کام کرنے کے قابل نہیں رہے۔ چار بچوں کا بوجھ، کرائے کا گھر اور گزشتہ چار ماہ سے ادا نہ ہونے والا کرایہ—یہ سب مل کر اس خاندان کی مشکلات کو بڑھا رہے ہیں۔ یاسمین باجی کی آنکھوں میں آنسو ان کی بے بسی کی عکاسی کرتے ہیں۔ حالات نے انہیں اس حد تک مجبور کر دیا ہے کہ بچوں کو تعلیم کے بجائے مزدوری پر لگانا پڑا، جبکہ گھر میں اکثر فاقوں کی نوبت آ جاتی ہے۔ یہ سفید پوش گھرانہ خود کفیل بننے کی خواہش رکھتا ہے۔ یاسمین باجی کی بڑی بیٹی نے بیوٹی پارلر کا کورس مکمل کر لیا ہے اور اب وہ چاہتی ہیں کہ بیٹی کے لیے ایک چھوٹا سا پارلر قائم کیا جائے تاکہ وہ باعزت طریقے سے اپنا روزگار کما سکے اور گھر کا سہارا بن سکے۔
