Muhammad Azeem, a 25 year old dairy shop owner, has been struck by a debilitating illness that has left him bedridden. Once the owner of a thriving dairy shop, he can no longer work to support his family. With two young children and two sisters depending on him, his condition has plunged the family into despair.
