محمد عظیم ایک 25 سالہ نوجوان ہے اور ان کو ایک ایسی بیماری نے آگھیرا ہے جس کی وجہ سے ڈاکٹرز نے انہیں مکمل بیڈ ریسٹ کہا ہے یہ بیڈ سے اٹھ بھی نہیں سکتے ہیں ان کی پہلے دودھ دہی کی دکان تھی گزارہ اچھا ہو جاتا تھا لیکن بیماری کے بعد سے بلکل بھی اٹھنے کے قابل نہیں رہے۔ دو بچے ہیں اور دو بہنوں کا ساتھ ہیں۔ علاج نہیں کروا سکتے اسکے لیے مدد درکار ہے۔
